Thanks for reply
actually my vios not really for high rev, just for city drive .may i know what exhaust type with good pair with your SS header?
You mean the muffler(center to rear)~
Our exhaust header is base on stock engine design, same as stock muffler. I can say, stock muffler or stock exhaust pipe is good enought for minor modification.
Here is some advice:
1- Try not to change rear muffler to “S-flow” muffler, this kind of muffler are design for particular car only.
2- Once engine horse power increase, extra exhaust sound is normal and hard to be avoid
ok bro noted..
.can i use straight flow at the rear ?I saw nitto exhaust for rear quite good ,just plug and play .plan to try it

ya i mean at the rear exhaust
and of course will need your SS header
does the Supercircuit header for suzuki swift 1.5 comes with a downpipe?
how much does it cost for the header + downpipe?
To Mai:
Thanks for your support
As long as the diameter of piping are same as stock, it should be fine
To Rizal:
“Downpipe” is design for Turbo engine use only, your engine has install the turbo kit~?
can i knw how much is the vios07 extrator?
i mean the exhaust header
Hi Andrew, sorry to keep you waiting
The exhaust header for Toyota Vios 07′ is RM580.00
Thanks~!
i’m sorry, what i mean is the b-pipe
the one right after the header, before the center pipe.
there’s a short bent pipe connecting the header & center right?
cz enlarging the collector size without changing the rest of the exhaust system would create a bottleneck effect isn’t it?
Welcome back Rizal
I see, I have to say sorry that we don’t have the item you mention
You have ask a good question about the bottle-neck effect
allow me explain it
The bottle-neck effect will occur:

- When each cyclinder produce the exhaust gas all in “same time”.
- The diameter of the exhaust pipe is smaller then the pipe start from each cyclinder.
- Too much of “obstacle” to let exhaust gas pass-thru.
The problem you worry about is actually normal
because the collector is the main joining part of exhaust pipe from cyclinder, due to the design and joining, the collector will have more bigger diameter compare to the rest of the exhaust pipe.
hi, kevin
do you have suitable for 4g18p (from extractor to tail pipe)?
